Refund & Return Policy

At Craft Nation, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, personalized, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
